A Home Inspection

Gustafson’s Home Inspections LLC is an independently owned business providing residential and commercial inspections. As a veteran, retired firefighter, certified inspector, and InterNACHI member, I’m proud to put my family name behind every inspection.

I genuinely care about my clients and provide honest, detailed, and straightforward information so they can make informed property decisions. I follow the applicable InterNACHI and Tennessee Standards of Practice—and go beyond them whenever it is safe, accessible, and appropriate.

However, an inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of a property’s condition at that specific time. It is not technically exhaustive, and it is not a guarantee or warranty that every defect will be discovered. Finding every concealed, inaccessible, intermittent, or specialized defect would require destructive testing and multiple trade specialists, costing thousands of dollars. That is outside the scope of a standard inspection.

By hiring Gustafson’s Home Inspections, you accept the terms, limitations, liability provisions, and dispute-resolution procedures in the signed inspection agreement. If you cannot accept those conditions, please choose another inspection company.

I stand behind my work and will go above and beyond for reasonable concerns. However, I will not participate in frivolous claims or lawsuits. This is the final statement I will make regarding that subject.
